Need Ubuntu based Dockerfile to build a Image

Objective: Create a Docker image of mosquitto by keeping base image as ubuntu not alpine.

Issue: I had tried to build a similar image like alpine [1] to the ubuntu image but it not working. Please share if have a ubuntu based image dockerfile.
