I can't publish data to mosquitto installed in azure virtual machine

I have mosquitto broker installed in a virtual machine in azure, im trying to publish data from my local computer that is in other network, but for some reason mosquitto is only listened in local.

i allowed the diferent ports that mosquitto is using, like 1883 and 8883, so i did a netstat command and it shows me that port 1883 is only in listening in the 127.0.0.1

i want to know if exist a way, that i can allow connection from remote locations

im using mosquitto in Windows 10 pro
