mosquitto_passwd -b doesn't work, get Error: Invalid password hash for user

I use eclipse-mosquitto:1.6.10
Before I add password file, my subscriber and publisher works fine.
As the title, I use command mosquitto_passwd -b to create new user and password,
but then I docker-compose up my Mqtt broker, I get Error: Invalid password hash for user.
These two pictures are my conf and acl files.
Does any one encounter this issue before? I tried to google, but I only found the issue of [MQTT入门2 -- “Error: Invalid password hash for user nick.](https://blog.csdn.net/dongaoren8380/article/details/101887912), and it obviously didn't solve my problem.
I really need some help, please:p

additional information, my password file looks normal, password is hashed properly, so I am very confused about the error.

I solved the problem by change the image version to eclipse-mosquitto:2.0.15
and edit the conf like below 0.0
