TLS error on first connect request

Hi,

I am facing a strange issue where I get Mosquitto TLS error on every first connect attempt via my application.
This is the error:
[MOSQ] level:8, Error: Unable to load CA certificates, check cafile

But, I do get success on 2nd try which makes me believe that my parameters and certificate file are good to go.

Can you suggest me, how can this be resolved?
