Docker image run parameters & user:password

Hi,
I'm new in docker, I have synology enviroment, I don't know, how to run docker in terminal.
I try to use docker user interface.
Please tell me, how to config image.

$ docker run -it -p 1883:1883 -p 9001:9001 -v mosquitto.conf:/mosquitto/config/mosquitto.conf -v /mosquitto/data -v /mosquitto/log eclipse-mosquitto

mosquitto.conf, i have, how to add "-v /mosquitto/data"? I need second part after":"

Simillar with "-v /mosquitto/log"

I try to set user and password, I'm total noob, i can't do this, previous i try on synology synocomunity package and i don't know, how. Milion solutions, but nothing.
Please help
