Add ability to sync an archive node

we need to add a functionallity on rollapp to sync an archive node in roller.

where archive node have 2 options:

1. snapshot
2. archive DA and Dymension full nodes (in case no snapshot is available).

things to consider here is that both dymension and DA's have pruning of state updates/data respectively. so the user will most likely need to provide archive node endpoints depends on the method.
