Major suggestions
First, a line break should not terminate a held note. i.e.

should make the same sound as 0-

There should also be a way to tie certain notes within chords. maybe writing = after a number within chords will tie that note and the note of the same pitch after it. i.e. [0=,10][0,13]

Minor suggestions
There could also be a way to make a pitch bend. maybe the use of ~ after a note would bend it to the note after it. i.e. 0~10 this could also be embed within chords by putting the destination of the pitch bend as well to avoid confusion, like [0~10,10~20][10~0,20~10][0,10].

There could also be a noise oscillator

Finally, we should be able to use * to separate "sections" that will be played simultaneously
i.e.
