For Apple Silicon Macs, use Rosetta to install dreal #318

dreal4 depends on packages that requires x86 architectures. I'm wondering if we can use rosetta to install these packages.
Rosetta does support brew.

Perhaps folks have tried going down that path and got stuck somewhere.

We can detect apple silicon using this command.
