[Feature Request] Allow choosing snap assistant position

Suggestion : To have the Snap Assist in the middle of the screen, not on the top-center. Reason : when you are reorganizing a window that is at the bottom left or right, it's a long way for the mouse cursor to to the top-center and get to the snap assistant.
Note : that could be an option so that each can choose what he/she prefers.

I came here to ask much of the same!

• I want to be able to customize the position of the assistant!
• I want to be able to have the assistant on the bottom, left or right areas of the screen.
• I want to be able to customize the vertical and horizontal padding of where the assistant is displayed.
• I want to be able to position it aligned to the top, bottom, left, right or centered; in whatever screen area I have it configured.

There's also another quality of life improvment, for which I might create its own feature request, if that diverges too much from the topic of this request (but for which there's a great overlap), which is:

• Being able to display and configure to show more than one snap assistant.
• Being able to customize each area's snap assistant to have their own related list of layouts. As a complementary solution to tiling zones.
  • (Example use case: A left/right assistant with layouts only for positioning that window at that left/right border).
