Merge RCTD object

Hi,

I am trying to merge multiple RCTD objects together using merge_RCTD_objects, but part of my data has duplicates, and some don't, my group ID is like:
3 4 3 3 4 4 1 1 2 3 2 7 8 5 6

And when I trying to merge them this is the error I got:
Error in merge_RCTD_objects(rctd.list, replicate_names = d1$Sample.details, : create.RCTD.replicates: each group in group_ids must contain at least two replicates.

How do I merge my objects in this case?
