[Feature Request] Support notifications section

Feature or problem?

This is a feature request to manage github notifications. Github notifications are filtered similarly to issues, and prs.

Solution I'd like:

• An additional set of panels for notifications, and notification filters.
• Keyboard shortcut to mark a notification as done, subscribe, or bookmark
  • Reading through notifications should be fast, move to next after taking an action
• Optional shortcut to mark all notifications in the filter at once.

Alternates I've considered

Using an alternative plugin to mark all notifications as read.
