When git lfs is detected pr content of a .gitattributes file, gut should check for availability of git lfs, and use that for clone and pull operations.

It would also be nice to have some indicator of LFS in the pull and clone reports printed when the commands are done.

If git lfs is not found on the system, a warning should be printed on the screen, but the operation should proceed.
