The feeder image is designed for people who don't really want to work on the command line and are looking for something simple, self contained that has a reasonably complete web UI.

If you want an SBC that you log in to and can do things with in addition to running the adsb.im software stack, I think a much better option is to install the adsb.im software as an app, for example with DietPi where it is available as a supported software option.

To answer your question: not the faintest clue. I try very hard not to use Windows and have pretty much avoided doing so for more than 20 years. And I certainly would never consider using it as the desktop from which I'd log on to a different system...
