@leandrojpveloso We will be using this issue to track the documentation and general questions on Croatia. We will open another issue named "Honduras-descriptive/analysis/etc" as we move forward

Additional information:

  • Elimination of announcement of tenders ex ante, but keep the ex post. Did it affect the market competition?
  • Allow to purchase from a suspended supplier if it is the only one that produces that product. How often did it happen?
  • There was an increase in the amount to purchase from family farmers.

@leandrojpveloso for next week (August 8th)
We met with Danilo and we agreed to meet with the Government soon to present them this study. In order to do that, for next week, besides finishing the indicators, can you look at the product classification and also think about the study we could conduct (empirical strategy). We will share both with Danilo, so he has a better idea on the study. We can debrief more about this next week.

@leandrojpveloso next steps for Brazil:

  • Finalize the indicators
  • Product classification to share with Danilo
  • COVID periods based on legislation
  • Explore the registry data
