Feature: Enhancement in workflow clone in resource group page

Capability: Ability to clone the workflow using the provided CI pipeline and CD pipeline names as user choices. Additionally, it should be possible to clone a new workflow with linked CD and linked CI mode features.

Furthermore, the workflow name can be specified by the user. This will allow cloning of all the pipelines with the user-chosen workflow name, rather than using a random name.

🎤 Pitch / Usecases

Use Case: If the user wants to clone all the pipelines from a source pipeline in the case of linked-CD, we will deploy the application directly instead of first building the image and then deploying it. This approach will save the user time.
