Sometimes scaling/restart popup becomes loses interactivity

Describe the bug
I dont have a working repro, but
sometimes the deployment scaling and/or restart dialog doesnt work and user cannot enter the scale value

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to deployments
2. Click on s to scale
3. The dialog will appear but im unable to enter anythig
4. Click CTRL+C to stop the app
5. Go to the same dialog
6. Same thing happens

3. The dialog will appear but im unable to enter anythig - click ok nor cancel
4. Click CTRL+C to stop the app
5. Go to the same dialog
6. Same thing happens

See - theres no "focus" on the OK/Cancel buttons. Clicking arrows on the keyword does nothing

Same, I've been having this issue for a while. Glad its not a Mac only thing.
