HTTP documentation for Deno.serve

Once the Deno.serve API is stabilized in #19141, the HTTP server APIs page (https://deno.com/[email protected]/runtime/http_server_apis) will be out-of-date and requires some edits to make it correct w/the current Deno.serve implementation:

• https://deno.com/[email protected]/runtime/http_server_apis#http-server-apis
  • Deno.serve supports HTTP/1.1 and 2
  • HTTP/2 is supported over cleartext w/prior knowledge (it sniffs the first bytes on the connection looking for HTTP/2 and will transparently serve it)
• https://deno.com/[email protected]/runtime/http_server_apis#automatic-body-compression
  • automatic body compression is implemented
  • it is supported for static content and for streaming content
  • the minimum static content size for streaming is 64 bytes
