Possible to calculate AUC and/or statistics for computeMatrix/plotProfile results? #1123

I have some data from computeMatrix which I have drawn plots with plotProfile. Is there a way to compute the area under the curve of the line drawn by plotProfile and/or some other way to statistically compare two separate mat.gz results?

@dpryan79 Thanks for the link. I did run it but it doesn't seem to have a function for AUC. Any idea how to compute the AUC for the curves produced by plotProfile?
