The Annotation Tool is primarily compatible with version 1.x (and is only usable on-premise).

As discussed internally, we should remove it from the 2.x documentation to avoid confusion.

I've deleted the page, saved the contents on Notion for @dfokina and also rephrased the Haystack concepts intro to not mention annotation.
