Hi, thank you for update.
Do i need to have postgres for the DB?
i am seeing i need to put 2 username and pw, PROD_DB and POSTGRES, and dont know what is the difference.
what is the status on the documentation?

Hi @doh10002, apologies for the late response. The current version of the annotation tool is tested with Postgres, so that would be the recommended choice.

For the variables, PROD_DB_USERNAME is used in the annotation tool Docker while POSTGRES_USER is used in the Postgres Docker. They both refer to the Postgres credentials and must be the same.

A section for the annotation tool was added to the documentation by #505.
