Describe the bug
The .gitignore file is missing some system and cache files like .DS_Store that allows addition of these files in the PR.

To Reproduce
Use macOS to create a .DS_Store file in any directory. Notice that these files are tracked by Git and appear in the PR.

Describe your environment (please complete the following information):

  • OS: macOS
  • Haystack version: 2.2
