Create detailed walkthrough for new users

With the expectation of new users wholly unaffiliated with the DeepForge team, it would be best for the docs to include a detailed walkthrough on how to create a functional pipeline from scratch. In line with recent work to integrate with SciServer, this walkthrough should use motivating examples relevant to natural science users, such as the already established redshift estimation task.
