olebrowse should at reuse the position of previous window. My triple monitor layout is horizontal, horizontal, vertical (as in my avatar) and the program starts with ~1/3 out of view because it uses a fixed position from the top of the screen (which is aligned with the rightmost, vertical monitor). You can move that window, but any selection repositions the window to the initial position, obscuring any information in the top left corner.
Persistent repositioning within one run is essential. It would be nice between restarts of the program, but that it less important (and so is resizing).
