Add function to calculate the between-refill probability of r consecutively missed doses based on Feller’s approximating formula from general run theory. See here: https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0194713#sec013

This could predict the probability of treatment failure based on medication properties (e.g., medication forgiveness).
