Search models and sources by column descriptions

Describe the feature

We cannot search models and sources by column descriptions at dbt 0.18.0. But, it is quite natural to discover by them. My proposal is to support indexing column descriptions.

Describe alternatives you've considered

As far as I know, there is no ways to search models by column descriptions.

Who will this benefit?

All dbt users can get the benefit to search data models by column description, no matter what data warehouse they use.
