Describe the bug
After the workspace creation flow ends the status displayed to the user is inconsistent.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create mult-project workspace
Wait for the flow to end

Expected behavior
The state of all projects should be "Started" if the workflow ends successfully.

This might not be reproducible each time.
