Improve message when Daytona fails to stop already stopped workspace

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I propose a better error handling/output to user when Daytona fails to stop already stopped workspace instead of writing a whole error as shown in the screenshot below.

Describe the solution you'd like
Perhaps outputting something like "Failed to stop workspace; Check if workspace was already stopped or stopped manually."
In case that workspace hasn't been stopped manually and something went wrong still, maybe add a --verbose flag to the stop command so that the whole error is shown in the output? This is just a thought.
