MySQL CDC Source 消费，Flink Job 开启checkpoint 和Statebackend
在后台将flink job Kill
在MySQL中插入几条测试数据
重启启动Flink，使用Checkpoint 恢复 Flink Job
发现第3步插入的记录并没有同步到下游Sink 端

期望：第3步插入的记录会同步到下游Sink端中

通过升级最新flink-cdc3.0 和flink1.18.1 之后经过测试，已经满足测试流程
