Typos In Setup Tables Notebook

Hi - There are some typos in the CDM setup notebook that prevent us from testing additional tools like Atlas and the Webapi to their fullest extent. I'm unable to sign the CLA to submit the PR, so can you please review and implement the fix on your end? I'm not sure if other notebooks need updated or not. We worked around it by using the modified notebooks for now. But the typos should probably be corrected for everyone else :)
