Installation

- Run 'go install' from this directory.
- Copy data/, tmpl/, projectIndex.xml, and docwiki.conf into $GOPATH/bin
- cd to $GOPATH/bin
- Run './docwiki'
- Point your browser to https://localhost:8080 and have at it
