[Question]: Add interval service to public API

Hey! Thanks for this library!

I was wondering if its possible to add the interval service to the public API?

The background behind this is that sometimes when an client is offline for a long time we don't want the token to attempt to refresh until the client is online again as doing so would just fill up the logs with errors. It would be good to hook into the interval service and be able to switch this feature on / off
