What Version of the library are you using?
...v14.1.14

Question

Please help me to sort out this issue. Though the URLs of the Client application and my Identity server are HTTPS enabled also set Authority in the config with HTTPS can't understand where this request blocking assuming my requests as HTTP requests.

You must use HTTPS (in dev as well )
