Ontologies : support OWL #1028

Il serait bien de supporter le format OWL pour les ontologies :

être capable d'exporter une ontologie constuite sur cytomine en OWL via un simple bouton EXPORT OWL.
être capable d'importer un fichier OWL pour créer une nouvelle ontologies, soit en joignant un fichier OWL, soit en joignant une URL web qui pointe vers un OWL. On aurait un bouton IMPORT OWL qui injecterait tout ce quil faut sur une ontologie déjà pré-existante (mais vide, sans termes).

disponible sous licence Apache ou LGPL...
