Issues installing with cmake

Hi,

I am currently trying to install and compile your program.
I am using the instructions posted for installing on windows at: https://fmm-wiki.github.io/docs/installation/windows.html

It seems that something goes wrong at the 'cmake ..' step, as my process then simply hangs indefinitely.
The steps before that seems to have been successful.

Asked one of my colleagues to test this, also on windows, and in her case it get stuck at the same point as well.
