This PR introduces a new workflow
new_issue.yml(Fixes #81). It's task is to automatically assign the cryspen project to new issues.In order for this action to work, an admin of the Cryspen organization needs to create a Personal Access Token (PAT) and make it available to CI through the
ADD_TO_PROJECT_PATGitHub secret as described here.
