When doing certain types of updates, crossplane would have to replace resources. This isn't untypical, terraform or cloudformation would tell you as such as well, but they would still perform the update. Crossplane refuses to do so with a "refuse to update the external resource because the following update requires replacing it".
I haven't been able to find any information about this in the documentation. What is crossplanes position on this? Are you really supposed to manually delete managed resources that require replacement? Or can you specify some kind of policy or setting that overwrites its refusal, and I've just missed that?
