[Feature Request] Bootstrap 5 support

It would be great to add Bootstrap 5 support.

Thank you for working with our products.

We will also update this theme to Bootstrap 5, but first, we have to update the Bootstrap theme to the latest version of Bootstrap (https://www.creative-tim.com/product/material-dashboard). We are already working on the newest version and we hope to launch it in about 1-2 months.

Do you intend to migrate to Angular 13, rxjs 7, npm 8, SASS Dart 8, Bootstrap 5, MDB 5, ngx-bootstrap 8 ?
If yes, when you'll deliver the bundle (especially the PRO version)?

We have in plan to upgrade the product to the latest versions, but we don't have yet a timeline for this. I hope in about 2-3 months.
