init config file from default config #1483

the default config is hidden in crawlab-core/config/default_config.go

would be nice to have a crawlab config init command
to write DefaultConfigYaml to a file
from where i can modify the config

crawlab config init crawlab-config.yaml
$EDITOR crawlab-config.yaml
crawlab server --c crawlab-config.yaml

there is also crawlab/backend/conf/config.yml
but that is not the default config
