Bug 描述
当我本地将项目中的某个文件删除，使用SDK上传代码后，crawlab中对应的文件不会被成功删除。

复现步骤
该 Bug 复现步骤如下

  1. 通过SDK提交本地项目到crawlab
  2. 本地项目删除任意一个文件
  3. 通过SDK提交本地项目到crawlab

期望结果
目前SDK上传文件应该是遍历文件进行上传，覆盖crawlab相同的同名文件

是否先将项目打包成一个压缩文件，直接上传压缩文件更为合适
或者直接上传docker镜像
