Please save my actions when my Midi isn't connected

Because Windows 10 is lame or something, I have to use LoopMidi, and MidiOx in order to use my APCmini in OBS and Voicemeeter macro at the same time.
This is fine in and of itself, but what's frustrating is if I open OBS without having opened Midiox yet, the Midi plugin disables my APCmini OBS output, and removes ALL of it's actions.
Disabling it makes sense, as I assume it thinks it's unplugged but it'd be nice if it saved my actions, or even if there was an option to save them as a file I can open, instead of manually doing it anytime I forget.

I apologize if this is already a feature that I just haven't figured out yet.
