I have installed the platform (thank you very much, it is wonderful) but I still can't figure out how to Support a Proposal. When I click on the Support button, I get a message that says "You do not have permission to perform the action "vote" on a Citizen's Proposal."
It is probably something in the user profile settings, or... I don't know. Could you help me? Thanks!!

Hi, @NagusInfo 😄.

Are you using a browser with JavaScript enabled? In theory, what you mention only happens when JavaScript is disabled 🤔. With JavaScript enabled, the "support" button should get replaced by a link to verify your account when you click on it.

In any case, only verified users can support proposals. That means that you either need to enable the "skip user verification" feature (in the admin section, Settings -> Global Settings -> Features) or configure an integration with a census so people can verify their account.

Let me know whether these suggestions solve the problem!

Hi, @NagusInfo 😄.

(The answer in Spanish is below the one in English).

Since the proposals don't appear on the list of proposals, and you can't support them, one possible cause could be that the proposals have been created but not published 🤔. If you go to "my content", do the proposals you've created appear as "draft"?

If they're a draft, a possible explanation could be that, when you create a proposal, you get this:

If you want recommendations to prepare the publishing leave your proposal as a draft and we will guide you.

And the options are "Yes, I want help and I'll publish later" or "No, I want to publish the proposal". So, you need to answer "No" to publish the proposal and "Yes" if you don't want to publish it 😌. Sorry for that! 🙏

Hi, @NagusInfo 😄.

I'm afraid I'm not seing the screenshots you're probably trying to attach 🤔. Could you edit your comments on GitHub (and ping me once you've done so 😉) in order to include the screenshots?

Hi, @NagusInfo 😄.

Tell me when the screenshots are ready 😉. Let's see whether we can solve this issue! 😌
