Creation of spatio-temporal connectome following the method presented in Griffa 2017 based on Tagliazucchi 2012.

Tasks:

  • Threshold fMRI ROI time-series to compute binary activity pattern vectors OR keep fMRI ROI time-series value if the value is above the threshold to compute non-binary activity pattern vectors
  • Refinement based on structural connectivity
  • Save the structurally-refined activity pattern vectors
