The bug appeared in versions 2.30.0 and 2.30.1

bug description

The current code execution logic is to go through all tools when tune is opened, then get its toolbox properties and filter operations. If the tool does not define toolbox properties, an error is raised。

fix

Check whether the tool has the toolbox attribute, and then perform the filter operation on the toolbox
