Error on all fields after closing (i) modal on Report problem form (🅼3)

Describe the bug

Error is displayed on all fields after closing (i) modal on Report problem form.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...' Report problem flow
2. Click on '....' (i) icon next to "Report your problem" title
3. Close modal (click x)
4. See error

Expected behavior

No error should be displayed at this point because user didn't submit form yet. Form fields validation should occur after submitting form.
