Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We can get more complete test results by implementing TestCase as a base class for our tests rather than just creating them as bare functions.

Describe the solution you'd like

  • Add a new class that our unit tests can extend.
  • Adopt the new assert functions in our unit tests.
