We configured AWS to forward /api/v1/* to the backend service containers. The containers now also serve OpenAPI docs under /apidoc/*. We should configure AWS to forward that path as well, allowing us to distribute our API docs at https://api.nationalpolicedata.org/apidoc/swagger etc.
