Describe the bug

Export uses relative paths and does not automatically create subdirectories
version:cnosdb 2.4.1, revision 62894443a5e87be276a309e79675798e7f01dcb0

To Reproduce

As shown in the figure, when the tmp subdirectory "234" does not exist, an error will be reported directly.
