Cannot open browse on macOS

I am using macOS 13.2 Ventura and I get errors whenever I press the browse button

Typing in the file location manually also does not seem to work

I am using an Apple Silicon mac and the Chromium Beta of Garry's Mod

Any help will be appreciated.

I have the same problem on Windows. Here are the error messages I get:
