Does the sleep 15 in bootsplash-hide-when-booted.service do anything? As far as I can tell, it just artificially inflates the boot time.

On a fresh Manjaro Linux install, I disabled the nosplash argument and disabled that service, and my system boots in less than half the time.

Given that I can disable it without problems, I feel like the entire ExecStartPre=... line should be able to be removed without issue, shouldn't it?
