The plugin does not work immediately after the component is rendered
Technologies used: vue, charts, chart js-plugin-datalabels

Bug description: when migrating to the Chartjs version from 2. x. x to 3.5.0 and the corresponding plugin migration to version 2.0.0, the following problem occurred: the graph is already rendered, but the plugin has not yet formatted the datalables according to the formatter function. This suspension lasts literally half a second, but greatly worsens the user experience.
